Who runs this site

What I collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google or GitHub, your profile picture.
- Learning progress: which lessons, quizzes and interview questions you have completed, so it follows you across devices.
- Resume builder: the details you type into the ATS Resume Builder, saved to your account so you can come back to them.
- Get Updates: your email address, if you subscribe to updates in the footer.
- Usage analytics: Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, rough location (country and city), device and browser type, and actions such as completing a lesson. It does not receive your name or email.
What I do not collect
- Resumes you upload to the ATS Resume Checker are read inside your browser. The file is never uploaded to or stored on the server.
- Your password is stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text.
- I do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Cookies
- A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. It is required for your account to work.
- Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.
Where your data is stored
The website is hosted on Netlify, the API on Render, and account data in MongoDB Atlas. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may store data outside India.
Your choices
- To delete your account and everything linked to it, or to unsubscribe from updates, email supportnagarajunali@gmail.com.
- You can clear your saved resume at any time from the ATS Resume Builder.
- You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site still works.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
